Avocados – This tasty fruit is full of monounsaturated fats. Monounsaturated fats help improve blood flow and vascular health.

Spinach – High in lutein, an antioxidant; this green, cruciferous vegetable helps prevent cognitive decline.

Wheat Germ – This is a high source of choline, which plays a role in the production of acetylcholine in the body. This is a neurotransmitter that helps boost memory. Eggs are another major source of choline.

Garlic – The health benefits of garlic are numerous. Therefore, it is no wonder that garlic is also known to stave off brain cancer. This is according to Cancer, a medical publication by the American Cancer Society.
