1. Palm Beach, Florida – Florida is home to millionaires and billionaires. A relaxing lifestyle, sunny beaches, excellent weather and plenty of entertainment, draw in many wealthy retirees to this beautiful state. 9. Newton, Massachusetts – This is an affluent suburb in Boston which boasts a median home price of $793,200. This city comprises of 13 villages and each village has its own shopping and parks. This gorgeous suburb is exactly what wealthy retirees may be looking for when considering retirement.

10. Brentwood, Tennessee – Brentwood, a suburb, just outside of Nashville, boasts upscale homes on large, one-acre lots. There are also more than 575 acres of parks and greenways making this place ideal for wealthy 55+ seniors.
