If you lived in this community, you can choose from three types of homes, which are single-family detached, single-family attached and condominium style homes. Every home has 2 to 4 bedrooms, 2 to 4 baths and is built on 2 or 3 levels depending on the floor area. Homes also include features that appeal to prospective buyers. These include sunrooms, fireplaces, screened porches, and basements, etc. Kitchens in these homes feature 42” cabinets and granite countertops. When it comes to Regency homes, luxury is personified in this community.
