Yuma, Arizona – Yuma is the sunniest city in the US with very little precipitation and humidity coupled with 320 sunny days a year making Yuma, Arizona an ideal choice for retirement. You may also consider other places in Arizona, there are over 120 active adult communities to choose from in this beautiful state.  Some popular active adult retirement communities in Arizona are The Encanterra Country Club by Shea Homes in San Tan Valley and Solera Chandler by Del Webb in Chandler.

Redding, California – Redding also enjoys over 300 sunny days annually.  It’s a gorgeous town with mountains surrounding it and the Sacramento River running through it.  There’s loads of natural beauty and many things to a senior living manufactured community of 178 homes.  There are over a hundred 55+ communities in California, including The Fairway Oaks Mobile Home Park in Redding; The Trilogy at Monarch Dunes in Nipomo, and Belcaro in Valencia.
