Trilogy at Vistancia is an age-restricted, master planned community consisting of 2,500 single-family detached homes. Prices for these homes begin at $250,000 and can go up to $425,000 or more. Vistancia boasts of 16 single-family ranch floor plans ranging in 1,218 square feet to 3,096 square feet. As with all Triology Homes, this home too enables its residents various semi-customizable options and all homes are fitted with upscale features. Amenities at the Community

This is a community that is very different from any other in the range of amenities it avails its residents. Most of the activities at Trilogy at Vistancia are centered on the 35,000 square foot Kiva Club. This clubhouse features a gymnasium with high quality weight and cardiovascular equipment, aerobics and dance studio, indoor lap pool, a hobby studio, billiard room, library, movie theater and computer lab. A full-service restaurant is also featured at the clubhouse where residents can entertain their friends with casual lunches and upscale dinners. Step outside, and a resort-style outdoor swimming pool provides you breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. In addition, there are tennis courts, a bocce ball court and, last but not least, the place where many retirees engage in the much-loved sport, golf. The Trilogy Golf Club is a Gary Panks design and is a 7,300-yard par-72 championship course. Similar to the community, the golf course is also an award-winning course.

This community, as with other Trilogy communities, is a Shea Homes Community. J.F. Shea Company is a family owned builder who has been in operation for more than 125 years. This is a builder who has put their fingers into a multitude of developments including the Golden Gate Bridge and the Hoover Dam.
