The Del E Webb Construction Company was eventually renamed Del Webb Corporation and eventually merged with Pulte Homes, one of the largest home building companies, in 2001. Pulte Homes later merged with Centex Corp, and is presently known as PulteGroup. Many of their developments are listed on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP).
