Renaissance, a gated active adult community of over 1,900 homes built by Centex, is located just off of Route 70 in Manchester, NJ just 4 miles west of parkway exit 88. If you are looking for an active lifestyle, then Renaissance in Manchester is the community for you. The Renaissance at Manchester community features an 18 hole executive style golf course, a 30,000 square foot state of the art clubhouse complete with a deli/ restaurant, pro shop, indoor pool, outdoor pools (including a children’s pool), tennis courts, pickleball, shuffleboard, bocce, wood shop, RV storage, ballroom, card rooms, craft rooms, library, computer stations, large fitness center, and even a playground for when the grandkids visit.
