Ocean Hills is an age-restricted, gated, extremely safe community featuring 1,632 single-family detached homes, townhomes, and condominiums. Prices of homes in this community range from $250,000 to $600,000. The community is comprised of 8 “villages” with 17 different floor plans. Some of the homes are older in appearance and others are newer and are built with design upgrades and finishes. You have a choice of selecting homes with either 1-car garage or 2-car garages depending on the square footage of the home.

Amenities at the Community

The focal point of the community is the 27,000 square foot community center that houses a workout room, billiards room, arts & crafts studio, a Wall Street clubroom, a sewing room and a woodworking shop, etc. The community center also features a large ballroom that enables entertainment for special events. About the Builder

The first phase of Ocean Hills was built by a building company known as Leisure Technology Inc. However, in 1992, after the economic downturn, the building of 19 more homes was taken over by a small housing developer, MSK. 13 unfinished homes were sold to Kaufman and Broad and, finally, the completion of the homes in the community was taken over by Ryland Homes. By 1998, all homes in this community were complete.
