Some of the homes are older in appearance and others are newer and are built with design upgrades and finishes. About the Builder
The first phase of Ocean Hills was built by a building company known as Leisure Technology Inc. However, in 1992, after the economic downturn, the building of 19 more homes was taken over by a small housing developer, MSK. 13 unfinished homes were sold to Kaufman and Broad and, finally, the completion of the homes in the community was taken over by Ryland Homes. By 1998, all homes in this community were complete.
