Each home has 2 – 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 – 3 spacious bathrooms, and all homes feature the Home Energy Rating System (HERS) ensuring you an energy-efficient home. All homes in this community feature 10-foot ceilings, open floor angles, and GE profile appliances, granite countertops in the kitchen and Milgard windows. Homes are also equipped with security systems so that you will always feel safe whether you are at home or out of it.

Amenities at the Community

The main attraction at The Club is the 10,000 foot clubhouse known as The Retreat. The clubhouse is equipped with a 24-hour gymnasium, with fantastic equipment so that you can work out at any time of the day. There is an aerobics studio that enables you to be active and feel energized, an outdoor swimming pool and spa to either swim laps or relax, billiards table, library, business center and many more. You will also find bocce ball courts, an event lawn, barbeque area, walking trails and an outdoor terrace with a fireplace ideal for hanging out with your friends.
